With every Clear-View inspection, we inspect all of the major components of the home. The following list of services offer a brief description of our basic home inspection report.
Interior
We will perform an inspection of all major components in you new home's interior including the floors, walls, ceilings, stairways, counters, and cabinets.
Kitchen
We will perform an inspection on all major kitchen components, including electrical outlets, refridgeration, stove/ovens, etc.
Bathroom
The bathroom inspection is always a very detailed and careful inspection area due to the fact that there is heavy water use in the bathroom. We inspect the floor, toilet, sinks, vents, bathtubs, and showers.
Heating & Cooling
According to home heating experts, hard-earned dollars are needlessly going up the chimney because pre-winter efficiency and safety inspections are being neglected. You can't expect any appliance to run year after year without some maintenance, and your heating system is no exception.
Electrical
Protect the lives of your family Ñ and your property Ñ by making sure you have all the electrical permits, inspections, and approvals required by law. According to the National Fire Protection Association, about 38,000 reported home fires are reported each year resulting in about 1,200 injuries and $668 million in direct property damage.

Roof inspections are simply inspections that determine the intergrity of a roof, how long it may last, and when it will need to be replaced.

We inspect foundation walls for cracks; these can be caused by settling, expanding tree roots, or improper drainage. We also inspect and clean out your gutters and be sure that the drains direct water away from the foundation.
Garage
We inspect all aspects of the garage. This includes heating, foundation, insulation, etc.
Plumbing
We inspect the interior drain, waste and vent systems and notifies you of the water source.
