Company Overview

In January of 2006, New York state (NYS) passed the Home Inspection Licensing Act, meaning that you must have a NYS licensed professional inspect your home.

During the early Winter of 2006, I attended the WNY School of Real Estate for Home Inspection. After completing the required 140 hour program, I passed the NYS exam, which allowed me to become a NYS licensed home inspector.

Since that time, I have been operating Clear-View Home Inspection. As owner and operator, I pride myself with the level of service and knowledge I provide to all of my customers.
