Additional Inspection Services
The following services are not included with our basic home inspection report. The services below can be performed at an additional cost. A brief description of these services are listed below:
Pre-Sale Inspection
We review the most important parts of the home before selling. This is very important because it allows you to save money by fixing issues before putting your home on the market.
Commercial Inspection
We inspect buildings from four-unit apartments to single family homes. Also included are offices, warehouses, and more.
Investment Property
A piece of real estate that is owned for the purposes of financial gain, either through appreciation in value or through income from the property.
Wood & Pest
We inspect and issue reports for termites, wood infesting beetles, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood decay fungus.
Radon Testing
A colorless, odorless gas that is emitted from soils, rocks and water as a result of radioactive decay in certain areas of the country. Radon is known to cause cancer. Homes should be tested for radon. The local environmental agency should be consulted on its handling, removal and any applicable laws.
